JUAN CUADRADO
Juan Cuadrado has returned to Juventus after putting pen to
paper on a deal that will see him remain with the side until 2019.
The winger spent last season on loan with the Bianconeri
after an unsuccessful spell at Chelsea, and he will remain with the Italian
side for the foreseeable future after Wednesday’s move.
As revealed on the Juventus website, Cuadrado joins on loan
until 2019 for a fee of €5 million a season. The Bianconeri hold the right
to make the move permanent, though they will be obligated to if certain team
results are achieved over that time.
At that point the Old Lady will have to sign Cuadrado
for €25m, minus any loan fees already paid.
The deal also includes an additional €4m bonus clause
should Juventus achieve certain sporting results over that time.
Cuadrado spent last season on loan at Juventus, netting five
goals in 40 appearances an Old Lady won the Scudetto and Coppa Italia.
