HAZARD AND BENTEKE
Eden Hazard has declared he is primed for a Premier League
return with club side Chelsea as he rolled back into London with Belgium
team-mate Christian Benteke on the Eurostar.
Hazard has been back to his best
this season after a hugely disappointing 2015-16 campaign. So much so that the
Blues would have been sweating on the Belgian's fitness after he was forced off
in the 73rd minute of his country's one-sided 8-1 victory over Estonia.
Those fears were eased with the news
that Hazard's knock was not as serious as initially feared.
Now the player has announced he is ready to get 'back to business' with Chelsea
whilst en route back to London.
The mesmeric midfielder opted to
take the Eurostar back from Belgium and was joined on the journey by Crystal
Palace striker Benteke, sharing the moment on Instagram with his statement of
intent in the the picture caption.
Presumably the pair were also joined by fellow Belgian and
Hazard's club team-mate Michy Batshuayi. The Spider Man backpack on the seat
might be a give-away to big comic fan Batshuayi's presence for the train
journey.
Despite Hazard's declaration
he will be assessed on his return to Cobham, but is set to be part of
Antonio Conte's squad this weekend.
