Moses: “I’m very proud of captain Obi Mikel”

                                                                 MIKEL AND MOSES

Chelsea winger Victor Moses came off the bench in the games against West Ham and Watford helping the squad in their victories, while he scored against Bristol Rovers in the Blues’ EFL Cup second round at Stamford Bridge yesterday night.

The Nigeria international, speaking about his teammate and compatriot Mikel John Obi, who led his National Team to the bronze medal at the Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro, told the club’s official website: “I was watching the games, Obi was the captain, the leader of the side and he did really well for them. It wasn’t easy for them to go out to Brazil and win a medal so I’m very proud”.

The 25-year-old added: “They did their best so to come home with a bronze medal is great and I hope the whole country is proud of them”.

Moses played 24 games with Nigeria scoring 7 goals since 2012.
